Ann Iren has over 20 years of experience in leadership development across Scandinavia. With a background in individual coaching, team development, and large-group facilitation, she combines her extensive expertise with a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. Her approach supports individuals and organisations in unlocking their full potential.
In addition to her coaching and facilitation work, Ann Iren has held leadership roles as both a middle manager and an HR director at the corporate level. She is also trained as a psychotherapist and coach, with a strong passion for awakening and healing.

AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
All sessions bookings are subject to availability. The booking is completed upon receipt of a full payment of the session fee. Sessions are opened for booking until 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session will be available for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start are fully chargeable.
Rescheduling is available until 24 hours before the scheduled session. Full refund will be issued in case of a "no-show" of the coach.
