Nicholas has devoted his life to studying and teaching the development of human potential since an awakening at the age of 16
He works with CEO’s and senior teams globally and teaches at two of the world’s leading business schools, pioneering a new vison and practice of leadership.
In his first career he was a theatre director, teaching at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and researching the ‘zone’ of peak performance with his own company. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way.
His book “Leader as Healer, a new paradigm for 21st century leadership” was published to wide acclaim in 2022 and is the winner of the Business Book of the Year 2023 award.

AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
All sessions bookings are subject to availability. The booking is completed upon receipt of a full payment of the session fee. Sessions are opened for booking until 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session will be available for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start are fully chargeable.
Rescheduling is available until 24 hours before the scheduled session. Full refund will be issued in case of a "no-show" of the coach.
